Job Duties: Working on Project Planning, Requirement Analysis, Requirement elicitation by conducting various requirement elicitation techniques like Brainstorming, Surveys, Requirements workshops, Prototyping, Process models and User stories. Use Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, IVR/CTI (AVAYA, Genesys and 8×8), Partner and Customer Experience Portal, Marketing Cloud, Zuora, Netsuite, Siebel, Oracle ERP, Workday, Service Now and Web Applications (Java and .Net), Jira, Confluence, Bugzilla, Rally, CMT, ALM/Test Director/QC, Teamforge, QTP, Selenium, Jenkins, AutonomiQ, Azure DevOps, SOAP/REST, Micro services, Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo. Prioritizing the requirements by using different methods like MoSCoW, SWOT analysis, RICE scoring and Multi voting. Creating Wireframes, Mockup screens, AS-IS and To Be process flows by using Miro, Lucid, Visual studio. Documenting requirements as Functional requirements and Non-functional requirements like Usability, Reliability, Performance, Scalability, Availability and Maintainability. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS /Business / Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or QA Engineer or Developer or related field.
Experience: Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Salesforce is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
